Product Refunds

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return most products for a full refund. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads after access has been granted

Service Refunds
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee satisfaction with all professional services booked through our platform. If you're not satisfied with a completed service, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours before service: Full refund
- 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund (service provider fees apply)
- Emergency cancellations: Reviewed case-by-case

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to find an alternative solution.
Shipping Costs

- Express shipping costs are never refundable
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as returns followed by new orders. This ensures you get the fastest service and can choose exactly what you want as a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Orders
